What countries do you deliver to?
We ship globally! We use a variety of express couriers or Auspost for all Australian shipments & Auspost or DHL for all international shipments.
We provide Free Shipping for Australian orders and flat rate for international orders.
You will receive your 6 digit tracking number (it always starts with an ‘S’) via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
You can click through to track your order directly from your shipping notification email and SMS or click here to go to the tracking page and enter your 6 digit tracking number.

What is the delivery time?
We dispatch orders for courier pick-up within 48 hours from the day your order was placed. If a product is out of stock, your delivery will be made as soon as your item is in-stock.
Please note, we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Purchase with peace of mind. Our timepieces are built to last, we've crafted our products from the highest grade materials possible. We stand behind our product and will repair or replace any issue that is caused due to normal use (more details here)

What is your returns policy?
We offer 30 day returns. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, full name and the reason for your refund. Please note, no refunds accepted on sale items, used items or orders that fall outside the 30 day return period.
How do I change my watch band?
If you have purchased a '2 band combo' or an additional band you would have received a pin changing tool. You use this tool to release the pin that attaches the band to the watch head.
